One-on-One Nutritional Counseling
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I work with my clients to identify imbalances in the body, food intolerances and uncover nutritional deficiencies. Together we address your bio-individuality and develop definitive solutions for improving digestion, hydration, blood sugar regulation, vitamin/mineral and fatty acid balance. With these nutritional foundations in place, the body thrives and a healthy natural weight release can occur where physical cravings for sugar are eliminated. I work from a paradigm where REAL FOOD HEALS - unprocessed and unrefined. With the appropriate balance of macronutrients (Protein/Fat/Carbohydrate) contained in nutrient-dense whole foods, the body is able to come back into balance where it naturally wants to be – in a perfect state of vibrant health! In addition to eating a nutrient-dense diet, supplemental therapy can assist to detoxify the body, decrease inflammation, rebalance brain chemistry and improve overall health and vitality. I recognize and appreciate that, as individuals, we are all biochemically unique, and I respect and honor that we all have our own personal challenges with diet and lifestyle.
